Wolf Pack Golf League is operated by Wolf Pack Golf Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16583925).

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Wolf Pack Golf Ltd is the “data controller” for the personal data described in this policy — we decide what data is collected and why. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, see Contact us below.

We only collect what we need to run the league. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Contact form — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you send us.
• Pack registration — your team name, the captain's name and email address, and optionally your phone number, home club, and region. When you go on to pay the registration fee, Stripe (our payment provider) collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number ourselves.
• Portal accounts — once a captain adds you to a team roster, we hold your name, email address, and golf handicap index, so fixtures, results, and standings can be recorded against you.
• Match results and statistics — which fixtures you've played, the results, and your personal stats, once you're part of a team.
• Account cookies — a small number of strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in to the portal. See Cookies below.

• To register your team, take payment for the registration fee, and set up your account — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To organise fixtures, record results, and run the league season — again, necessary to provide the service you've signed up for.
• To respond to enquiries sent through the contact form.
• To keep historical league records (past results, standings, and statistics) — we have a legitimate interest in maintaining an accurate record of the league's history, which is why match and team records are kept permanently even after a player leaves. See How long we keep it.

We don't use your data for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

We use a small number of trusted service providers (“data processors”) to run the site. They only ever process your data on our instructions, to provide their specific service:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles portal sign-in, on infrastructure located in the EU/UK.
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf (e.g. contact form replies, fixture notifications, account invites).
• Stripe — processes the registration fee payment. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.

We don't share your personal data with anyone else, except where we're required to by law.

• Match results, team names, and league history are kept permanently, as part of the league's official record.
• Personal contact details (your email address and phone number) are deleted 24 months after your last activity with the league — for example, your last fixture, or the last season your team competed in.
• Payment records are kept by Stripe in line with their own retention obligations (typically required for tax and fraud-prevention purposes).

We only use strictly necessary cookies — the kind that keep you signed in to your portal account, or briefly remember your place partway through registering a team. These cookies don't track you around the web, and under UK law they don't require your consent, but we're telling you about them anyway:

• Authentication cookies, which keep you signed in.
• A short-lived registration cookie, used only during the pack registration process, which expires automatically after one hour.

We don't use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
