Wolf Pack Golf League is operated by Wolf Pack Golf Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16583925). By registering a team, creating a portal account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

Entering a team into the league costs a one-off registration fee of £200 per team, regardless of squad size, covering that team's place in the league for the season. Payment is taken securely via Stripe.

Once a registration is submitted, we manually confirm payment and set up the team — see our Format & Rules page for how leagues, fixtures, and results work once you're registered.

You can cancel your team's registration and receive a full refund of the registration fee within 14 days of payment, no questions asked — this matches the statutory cooling-off period for online purchases under UK consumer law.

To cancel, email us at info@wolfpackgolfleague.com. Outside of the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion — for example, if your team needs to withdraw partway through a season, get in touch and we'll do our best to find a fair outcome. Separately, our withdrawal rules cover what happens to a fixture if a team can't field enough players on the day.

• Team captains are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit — including their squad's handicaps, which must genuinely reflect each player's current handicap.
• Keep your account password secure, and let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• We may suspend or remove an account or team that provides false information, misrepresents a player's handicap, or otherwise breaches these terms or our league rules.

The format, scoring, handicap allowances, and tournament structure of the league are set out in full on our Format & Rules page, which forms part of these terms. We may update the league rules between seasons; we'll always post the current rules on that page.

Golf is a physical sport played at your own risk. We're not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from playing in a fixture, and it's your responsibility to make sure you're fit to play and that your own equipment and travel arrangements are in order.

We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we can't be held liable for losses arising from downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
